做法:
- 將馬鈴薯或番薯帶皮洗淨切成條狀。
- 放入大碗加入美乃滋拌勻
- 加入鹽、黑胡椒、Oregano 香料拌勻,最後將細麵包粉撒在馬鈴薯或番薯條上。
- 將薯條放在網架上(看圖片,我將網架放在烤盤上,烤盤墊上錫箔紙易於清理)
- 烤箱380-400 F (193-204 C) 烤50-60分鐘
